- Surin has a range to Robo’s for welding for manufacturing Sheet Metal and Plate Metal parts including CE Fuel and Hydraulic Tanks, Tractor Axles, etc. Surin has also ordered 11 axis Robo for welding components upto 4m length and upto 3T load.

SPM WELDING MACHINES
- Surin has a range of SPM’s like circular welding, straight welding, submerged arc welding for Roller drums etc
WELD SHOP
- In excess of 1000 MIG welding machines up to 600 amps capacity of Fronius, Lincoln & Panasonic make.
- Dedicated welding engineer to train the welders.
- Surin has various welding manipulators for welding frames upto 4m and 3.5 Tons. Welding manipulators improves work productivity, provides more flexibility and lessens fatigue for your welders, all while ensuring consistent quality of your welding operations.
SPOT WELDING & SPOT WELDING LINES
- Over 55 portable spot welding guns with capacity up to 75 KVA.
- Projection welding facilities up to 75 KVA with automatic nut feeders.
- Seam Welding machines of 150 kva.
