FIRST OPERATION SHOP

• Range of cutting options like CNC Laser, Plasma & CNC shearing facilities.
• CNC press brakes including 300 tons Durma, 400 tons Ermaksan with 6 m bed and 450 tons with 6 m bed.
• Roll bending machine with 6 m size.
• 50 Tons Amada Coma CNC turret punch presses for punching up to 9.5 mm.
• Radial drilling and M1TR machines etc.

PRESS SHOP

• MECHANICAL PRESS LINES – More than 100 mechanical presses including 70 imported presses of Seyi, Chingfong, ERFURT, SIMPAC & Yangli make ranging from 160T tons to 350 tons and bed area of up to 2.5 m by 1.25 m. ​
• HYDRAULIC PRESS LINES – 12 hydraulic presses with capacity from 160 tons to 500 tons with bed size of up to 3 m by 1.5 m.​
• Automated Material handling including conveyors, EOT cranes of capacity up to 10 tons for heavy assemblies, Hydra, Forklift, etc.​

MACHINE SHOP

• Robotic Welding for car and construction equipment products.
• Range of portable spot welding guns with capacity up to 75 KVA.
• Extensive MIG welding facilities up to 600 amps capacity.
• Projection welding facilities up to 75 KVA with automatic nut feeders.
• Dedicated welding engineer to train the workers.
• Welding simulator for workers to get conversant with all angles of welding.

PRE-TREATMENT AND PAINTING

• 8 tank tri- cation hot dip phosphating and painting facilities for large structures / load bodies.
• Shot blasting facilities of size 8m x 5m x 4m for tippers, trailers, concrete truck mixers, counter weights etc.
• Down draft painting booth with airless liquid spray painting systems & baking.
• Conveyorized Painting lines including auto reciprocating powder coating facility for components upto 6 meters.

ASSEMBLY / TRIMMING

• Surin has capability to handle complex Supply Chain.  
• Surin Manages supply chain of 1200 parts ranging from steering column, Dash board cluster, Headlights, etc for 55+ models of Truck Cabin and Cowls. 
• We have pressurized clean room for trimming fuel and hydraulic tank to ensure required cleanliness to prevent contamination.   

DEVELOPMENT

Surin has in-house capability for design and manufacture of complete range of tools, dies and fixtures. Surin has complete suite of CAD/CAM/CAE software tools. We are fully capable of meeting customer requirements in accelerated product development through engineering analysis. Machining setup like CNC vertical milling, VMC, Plano Milling, Radial Drilling, Tryout presses, CMM etc..
